Tim Wiseman became a valued provider of IT services to our practice following a recommendation from an existing client. Our previous IT requirements were handled in a rather haphazard fashion by a previous provider, so the approach Tim brought to us was very reassuring.
Tim constantly creates availability to come to our aid either by site visit or remote access and I find we are rarely left with an issue unresolved for any unreasonable amount of time. For any resolution we are presented with options and costings and a full/frank explanation which, let’s be honest, I don’t always understand and so the explanations given help the decision-making process. I do not hesitate in recommending Tim and Elephant IT’s services.
