Tim has been our IT support for nearly 15 years. During that time, he has set up and renewed our server system (complete with remote access) and has installed and maintained over 40 PCs and a dozen laptops – without which our company cannot function. He has also provided the necessary firewalls and multiple back-up systems to safeguard our work.
Tim has been excellent throughout providing guidance to our staff over the phone, on-line and in person for problems great and small. All problems have been resolved promptly and effectively with a smile. It is important to note that Tim always works around the needs of the business – so, for example, server reboots are undertaken outside of normal working hours.
