Tim has been our IT support for nearly 15 years
Tim has been our IT support for nearly 15 years. During that time, he has set up and renewed our server system (complete with remote access) and has installed and maintained over 40 PCs and a dozen laptops – without which our company cannot function. He has also provided the necessary firewalls and multiple back-up systems to safeguard our work. Tim has been excellent throughout providing guidance to our staff over the phone, on-line and in person for problems great and small. All problems have been resolved promptly and effectively with a smile. It is important to note that Tim always works around the needs of the business – so, for example, server reboots are undertaken outside of normal working hours. I have recommended Tim to many Norfolk business owners as I cannot think that you could find a better IT support service.

Tim Wiseman became a valued provider of IT services to our practice following a recommendation from an existing client. Our previous IT requirements were handled in a rather haphazard fashion by a previous provider, so the approach Tim brought to us was very reassuring. Tim constantly creates availability to come to our aid either by site visit or remote access and I find we are rarely left with an issue unresolved for any unreasonable amount of time. For any resolution we are presented with options and costings and a full/frank explanation which, let’s be honest, I don’t always understand and so the explanations given help the decision-making process.
